Terms & Conditions

Version 2026-09.30Last updated: 30 September 2026

These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of www.outofhomeglobal.com and to the outdoor advertising services offered or proposed by OOH Global. That includes campaign planning, media proposals, buying outdoor and digital-out-of-home inventory, production coordination and campaign delivery across the markets we work in.

By using this website, reviewing a proposal, or confirming a booking, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or our services.

OOH Global is the trading name of OOH Advertising Requisites Trading L.L.C., a limited liability company licensed by the Department of Economy and Tourism, Dubai. Trade Licence No. 1501766. Commercial Register No. 2596210. Dubai Chamber membership No. 613463.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, because that is where the contracting company is established. A campaign still has to meet the advertising, permit and media-owner rules of every country in which it runs. Questions: info@outofhomeglobal.com.

1. Introduction and Agreement to Terms

These Terms are a legal agreement between you ("Client", "you") and OOH Advertising Requisites Trading L.L.C., trading as OOH Global ("we", "us", "our").

If you use this website, ask for a quote, review a proposal, or place an order (by email, an online form, or any other channel), you confirm that you have read these Terms and agree to them. Accepting by email or through the website is enough to form that agreement.

If you accept on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always this page, with the version and date shown above. Using the website or our services after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

If you do not agree, you must not use the website or our services.

2. Definitions

In these Terms:

  • "We", "us", "our" means OOH Advertising Requisites Trading L.L.C., trading as OOH Global, including its officers, employees and authorised agents.
  • "You", "Client" means the person or organisation using the website, requesting services, or entering an agreement with us.
  • "Website" means www.outofhomeglobal.com and the pages we operate under that domain.
  • "Services" means planning, buying and delivering out-of-home advertising, including digital and classic outdoor, transit, airport, street furniture, landmark and programmatic inventory, together with media plans, schedules, production coordination and campaign management.
  • "Proposal" means any quotation, plan, schedule or recommendation we send you. A proposal is not a binding offer unless you accept it and we confirm the booking in writing.
  • "Intellectual property" means plans, specifications, copy, artwork, strategy, formats, documents and software we provide, in draft or final form.
  • "Media owner" means a third party that owns or controls advertising inventory we propose or book for you, in any country.
  • "Introduced party" means a media owner, production partner or other contact we introduce or identify to you in connection with a proposal or campaign.
  • "Agreement" means these Terms together with any proposal, insertion order or other written booking you and we have both accepted.

3. Scope of Services

We help brands and agencies advertise out of home in more than one city or country. Depending on what we agree, the services may include:

  • media plans and proposals;
  • buying and coordinating advertising space with media owners;
  • campaign management, including scheduling, artwork delivery and proof of posting where that reporting is available;
  • production and adaptation of creative for local formats, where that work is part of the agreed scope;
  • liaison with media owners, municipalities and production partners on your behalf.

No guarantee of availability

Inventory is subject to availability. We cannot hold a site, screen or format until both we and the relevant media owner have confirmed it in writing.

Proposals are not bookings

Unless we confirm otherwise in writing, a proposal, quotation or schedule is information for you to consider. It is not a contract.

Media owners are third parties

We may recommend or contract with media owners in the markets on your plan. We choose them with reasonable care. We do not control their sites, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions unless we have accepted that responsibility in writing. Their own terms can apply to the inventory they supply.

Confirmed documents prevail on the commercials

If a proposal, insertion order or invoice that both sides have accepted conflicts with these Terms on price, dates, specification, cancellation or payment, that document applies to that booking. These Terms still cover everything that document does not.

4. Client Responsibilities

To let us deliver the work, you agree to the following.

Accurate information

You will give us complete and current details, including company and billing information, a point of contact, campaign goals, deadlines, brand guidelines and any technical constraints. We are not responsible for delay or error caused by information that is missing or wrong.

Timely approvals

You will respond to artwork, schedules and other decisions within the time we ask for, give written sign-off where we need it, and name one person who can approve on your behalf. A late approval can mean a missed posting date or a lost site. We are not liable for that loss.

Materials you supply

You are responsible for content, images, logos, artwork and data you send us. You confirm that those materials:

  • do not infringe anyone else's intellectual property or other rights;
  • are lawful to show in every market on the plan, including local advertising standards, language rules and approval processes;
  • arrive by any deadline we reasonably set.
Where a campaign runs in a particular country, that country's rules apply to the creative. Examples include the UK CAP Code, the requirement to use French in advertising in France, and content clearance in the United Arab Emirates. Where the proposal says we will file approvals or adapt creative, we will do that work. You remain responsible for the accuracy of what you supply. We may refuse material that we reasonably believe is unlawful, misleading, offensive, or in breach of a media owner's rules.

Following the agreement

You must meet these Terms and any extra conditions in an accepted proposal. If you do not, we may delay the work, suspend it, charge for the extra cost, or end the agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

Plans, proposals, schedules, strategies, designs and other materials we create remain our intellectual property, or that of our licensors, unless we agree something else in writing. You may use them only for the campaign they were prepared for. You may not copy them, share a proposal with a third party, or reuse our supplier details, pricing or method to brief someone else, unless we have agreed in writing.

Creative you supply stays yours. You grant us, and the media owners and production partners we use for the booking, the right to use it for the campaign. You will cover any claim that materials you supplied infringe someone else's rights. We keep any rights we do not expressly give you.

The website, including its text, design and imagery, belongs to OOH Global or its licensors. You may not copy or redistribute it without our written permission, except for a temporary copy needed to browse the site.

6. Confidentiality

Each party will keep confidential the commercial, technical, financial and strategic information it receives from the other in connection with a proposal or campaign, and will use it only for that purpose. This does not apply to information that is already public, already known to the receiving party without a duty of confidence, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law or a regulator. This duty continues after the agreement ends.

7. Non-Circumvention

In the course of a proposal or campaign we may introduce you to media owners, production partners or other contacts. To protect those relationships:

  • you will not bypass us to negotiate or contract with an introduced party about the opportunity we presented, without our prior written consent;
  • you will not use our plans, pricing, formats or supplier details to obtain the same inventory from someone else;
  • you will not pass our proposal to a third party so they can recreate the offer without us.

This clause lasts for 12 months after our last communication with you about a proposal or campaign involving that introduced party.

If this clause is broken

we may end any live discussion or booking, claim a sum equal to the fees and margin we would reasonably have earned on that engagement, and pursue any other remedy available, including an injunction and recovery of reasonable legal costs. The parties agree that the sum described here is a genuine estimate of loss, not a penalty.

8. Order Process and Payment Terms

When an order exists

An order is accepted when you confirm a written proposal, quotation or media plan (by email, signature or an equivalent written confirmation) and we confirm the booking or issue an invoice. A conversation is not an order until we record it in writing. Each confirmed order is its own agreement, governed by these Terms.

Payment

Unless the proposal or invoice says otherwise, invoices are due within 14 days of the invoice date. We may pause or cancel work if payment is late. Where we have asked for payment in advance, we will not instruct a media owner or start production until we have received it. We may ask for full or part payment up front for a first booking, a large commitment, or any booking that requires us to commit to a media owner.

Late payment

If a sum is overdue we may suspend the services until it is paid in full. Suspension is not a breach by us. You will also pay the reasonable cost of recovering the debt. We may charge interest on the overdue sum at the rate allowed by the law that governs these Terms.

Currency and tax

Prices are in the currency stated on the proposal or invoice, and are exclusive of VAT, GST and similar taxes unless the document says otherwise. Where we also give a US dollar guide, the currency named as payable on the invoice is the amount due. You are responsible for your own bank charges and for any withholding or other tax your country requires you to deduct, unless the law puts that tax on us. If a deduction is required, you will gross up the payment so we receive the invoiced amount.

No set-off

You will pay invoices in full. You may not deduct a counterclaim or set-off unless the law that governs these Terms does not allow us to exclude it.

9. Delivery of Services

We deliver what is described in the accepted proposal or booking confirmation. That may include planning, media buying, production coordination and contact with media owners.

Timelines

We will use reasonable efforts to meet agreed dates. Dates depend on you supplying content and approvals on time, and on media owners, production and permits. A delay caused by you, a media owner, or an event outside our reasonable control does not make us liable for the late start.

Proofs

Where the workflow includes a proof, mock-up or schedule, you will check it and approve it in writing before production or posting. Once you approve, we are not liable for an error you could have seen in that proof, unless we introduced it after approval.

Subcontracting

We may use media owners, producers and other suppliers to deliver parts of a campaign. We remain your point of contact. We are not liable for their delay or failure unless we have accepted that liability in writing.

Results

Outdoor advertising depends on factors we do not control, including audience behaviour, traffic, weather, algorithm or playlist changes, and the media owner's operation. We do not promise a particular reach, sales result or return on investment. Figures we share are estimates for planning, not a warranty. We are not responsible for a media owner changing its policy, suspending a site, or refusing creative that breaches its rules.

10. Cancellations and Amendments

Cancellation by you

You may ask to cancel in writing. The cost depends on how far the booking has gone:

  • after you accept a proposal but before we have committed to a media owner or producer, we may charge for time and administration already incurred;
  • once third-party space or production has been booked, you remain liable for 100% of those committed costs, even if the campaign has not started;
  • once a campaign has started, we do not refund or credit the unused portion unless we agree that in writing.

Changes

Ask for an amendment or a new date in writing. We will confirm whether we can do it. We may accept it at no extra charge, charge a reasonable fee for the extra work or supplier cost, or decline it where it is not practical. A change is binding only when we confirm it in writing.

Cancellation by us

We may cancel an order without liability for the cancellation itself if you do not pay on time, you materially breach these Terms (including the intellectual property, confidentiality or non-circumvention clauses), or an event outside our reasonable control stops delivery for more than 14 consecutive days. In that case we will refund fees for services we have not yet performed, except third-party costs that are not refundable.

11. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

No guarantee of results

We will use reasonable care and skill. You acknowledge that campaign performance depends on matters outside our control. Estimates are a guide, not a promise.

Cap

To the fullest extent the governing law allows, our total liability arising out of a campaign or these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, is limited to the fees you paid us for the specific campaign that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, anticipated savings or opportunity, or for indirect or consequential loss, or for a failure by a media owner, platform or other third party.

What we do not exclude

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that the governing law does not allow us to exclude or limit. Mandatory rights you have in your country of residence, where that law says they cannot be waived, are also unaffected.

Your own checks

You are responsible for approving materials, for deciding whether the plan suits your business, and for taking your own legal, tax or technical advice before you rely on a recommendation.

12. Termination

Ending the agreement — you

You may end an agreement by written notice if we materially breach these Terms and do not remedy the breach within 14 days of your notice, if we become insolvent or stop trading, or if you cancel under Cancellations and Amendments. Any refund follows that section, including non-refundable third-party costs.

Ending the agreement — us

We may end an agreement immediately by written notice if you fail to pay within 7 days of a reminder, you breach a material term (including Intellectual Property, Confidentiality or Non-Circumvention), you become insolvent or stop trading, or continuing the relationship would reasonably damage our reputation or our ability to meet a legal or media-owner requirement.

What happens next

On termination, fees and third-party costs already incurred become due immediately. Permissions we gave you to use our materials end, and you will stop using them. Termination does not affect rights that have already accrued.

Clauses that by their nature should continue — including payment, intellectual property, confidentiality, non-circumvention and limitation of liability — survive termination.

13. Privacy and Data Protection

We process personal data to deliver the services, manage the relationship and meet legal duties. The controller is the company named at the top of these Terms.

Because we work across countries, more than one privacy law can apply. The UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) applies to our processing as a business established in Dubai. The UK GDPR and the EU GDPR apply where we offer services to, or monitor, people in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area. Other laws, including Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act and applicable US state privacy laws, apply where their conditions are met.

We may share personal data with media owners, production partners and service providers where that is needed to deliver a campaign or run the website. They may only use it on our instructions for that purpose.

The detail is in our Privacy Policy at www.outofhomeglobal.com/privacy-policy. Using the website or the services means you have read that policy.

To exercise a privacy right, email info@outofhomeglobal.com.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes), are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.

The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction. You and we submit to those courts. This does not limit a mandatory right that the law of your country says cannot be waived, and it does not displace the advertising, tax, permit or media-owner rules of the country in which a campaign is displayed. Those local rules apply to that campaign alongside these Terms.

15. General Provisions

Whole agreement

These Terms and the documents they refer to are the whole agreement between you and us about the website and the services. They replace earlier discussions and representations on that subject. Nothing in this clause limits liability for fraud.

Events outside our control

We are not liable for delay or failure caused by something beyond our reasonable control, including natural disaster, epidemic, war, terrorism, civil unrest, industrial dispute, utility or internet failure, government action, or a media owner or supplier failing for reasons of its own.

Assignment

You may not transfer your rights or obligations without our written consent. We may transfer ours, including to a group company, provided the transfer does not reduce the protections these Terms give you.

Waiver and severance

A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. If a provision is found invalid, the rest of these Terms stay in force, and the invalid provision will be read down to the minimum extent needed to make it valid.

No partnership

Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, or a relationship of principal and agent between you and us, except where we expressly act as your agent toward a media owner for a named booking.
